Brand Talking Points: Premier High School |
Students in grades 9-12 commonly attend Premier High Schools when the traditional school environment no longer fits their needs. Students need educators who can mentor them through life’s challenges as much as the master-based curriculum and CTE coursework. Educators inspire students to achieve their career, military, or post-secondary goals.

| Premier High School San Juan and TexasWorks San Juan offer small learning environments with a 15-1 teacher ratio. Our program model and curriculum allow students to recover credits and graduate at a faster pace. PHS San Juan and TexasWorks offer free-of-charge Welding, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Instructional Aide, and Drone Pilot Part 107 industry-based certification programs. This is a $20,000 savings for families and a great opportunity in high-need labor market industries in the Rio Grande Valley. PHS San Juan and TxWorks offer Dual Enrollment through a partnership with McMurry University (located in Abilene, TX). Students applying to TxWorks are accepted between the ages of 18 and 50. We offer a high school diploma program for adult learners, which can open doors to job opportunities. PHS San Juan offers College, Career, and Military presentations via our P-TECH program. Students learn about careers from various fields such as law enforcement and the medical field.
