At Founders Classical Academy, we seek to provide a well-rounded education that is distinctively classical, pursues knowledge, promotes virtue, and prepares students for prosperous lives in a free society. Founders Classical Academies are public schools of choice in a private school setting. Students in grades K-12 need educators who are willing to guide them and help them become virtuous, responsible citizens. We offer a rigorous classical education in the liberal arts and sciences and we value applicants with real-world experience and education. - Founders believes it is important to educate the whole child.
- We are K-12 and offer a different approach in learning that does not require a lot of electronics in the classroom
- We read classical literature which helps students grow to love all types of books
- Everyone that graduates either attends college, a trade school or joins the military
- Our methods and pedagogy are always on building a lifelong learner and help the student become an adult that can go into the public square speaking wisely and winsomely: the good man, speaking well.
- Students are more than prepared for college when they graduate
- Siblings are very important here and we encourage families to apply.
- Parents are the primary educators and we are partnering together with parents to raise adults.
- Our faculty are committed to building relationships and family with the students to create an active and engage learning environment.
- As a charter school, we have wider boundaries…we can do some things the mainstream public schools don’t do and some things they do, we are able to opt out of doing.
